Wide blue-flag beach, blue boardwalks the full length, good showers and a children's playground at the back. Much tidier than Malagueta and only a 10 minute walk further east.

Wide paseo, plenty of chiringuitos and sunbed rentals, easy walk from the centre. Busy with locals on weekends rather than tourists.

Sunbeds €15 with parasol, decent espetos at the chiringuitos, calm water. Sand was clean when we visited mid-week — Sundays are a different story.
Watch out for jellyfish in late August

Lovely beach overall but we hit a stretch of jellyfish at the end of August. Lifeguards put up the yellow flag for two days. Otherwise great amenities and very accessible.
